Safety Training Kit

Free with subscription

Enter your industry, equipment, and audience to generate training slides (PPTX), a sign-off training log, and a comprehension quiz — plus slides in 17 languages for foreign workers

The Occupational Safety and Health Act requires regular, new, and special safety training at workplaces, but small businesses often don't have anyone to create the materials. This app lets you simply enter your industry, equipment, hazards, and training audience, then generates training slides (PPTX), a training log with an attendee signature section (PDF), and a comprehension quiz, all tailored to the training flow. If you have foreign workers, it can also export slides translated into 17 different languages.

Features in detail

Slides that follow a real training flow

Slides run purpose → hazards → accident types and cases → before/during/after rules → PPE → emergency response → wrap-up, with incident cases as warning slides. Length matches the session time (30–180 min).

Training log and comprehension quiz

A PDF training log with workplace, session type, date, instructor, duration, and attendee sign-off rows (5–60). The quiz appears as questions at the end of the slides and as an answer key in the log.

17 languages for foreign workers

Translate into 17 languages including Vietnamese, Nepali, Khmer, and Uzbek and export a separate PPTX per language. Equipment names, figures, and PPE names stay accurate.

FAQ

Q.Does it tell me the legal training hours and audience?

This tool helps you draft training materials. Legal hours, audiences, and frequency vary by Ministry of Employment and Labor notices and your business size, so please check the requirements.

Q.Can I edit the slides?

You can edit the PPTX in PowerPoint. To change the content itself, update the hazards or cases and generate again.

Q.How accurate are the translations?

We instruct the system to keep equipment names, numbers, and protective gear names unchanged. Still, we recommend having a worker who speaks the language review the materials before training.
