1. The service
- DoDone (the "Service") is AI virtual office software delivered as a desktop app. The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, and individual items — such as office-map decoration items — may be purchased separately.
2. Accounts
- A Google account is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your account; consequences of account sharing are borne by the user.
3. Subscription
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the paid period.
- New accounts receive one 7-day free trial. No charge occurs during the trial.
- AI usage costs are not included in the subscription. You register your own AI provider API keys, and AI usage is settled directly between you and the provider.
4. Your obligations
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineering, resale, and distribution of cracked copies are prohibited.
- You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated output.
5. Limitation of liability
- Accuracy and legality of AI-generated content are not guaranteed; important decisions require your review.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party provider outages.
- Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes
- Changes to these terms are announced on the website 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
