1. Information we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture URL.
- Subscription & billing: payments are processed by Paddle. We never store your card details — we keep only your subscription state (start date, renewal date, status).
- Device link: when you link the desktop app, we store a device identifier (a hash of the OS-assigned machine ID) and a short device summary (OS, hostname).
- Inquiries: when you contact us, we collect your name, contact details, email, and message.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- Your work inside the DoDone app (chats, documents, artifacts, AI employee data) is stored only on your computer or in a database you connect yourself — it is never sent to our servers.
- Your AI provider API keys are encrypted in your device's OS secure storage; we cannot access them.
- Your prompts and AI responses travel directly between you and your AI provider — they never pass through our servers.
3. How we use it
- Verifying subscription status (at app launch and periodically), providing the service and update notices, responding to inquiries, and onboarding session invitations.
4. Retention & deletion
- Account data is deleted without delay when you close your account. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable commerce law, then deleted.

5. Third parties
- Payments: Paddle.com (Merchant of Record)
- Data hosting: Supabase (account & subscription database)
- We do not share your personal data with any other third party.
