With this app, just enter your product and process, and AI will create tables for work instructions with steps, judgment criteria, and precautions, as well as inspection items and periodic checklists. You can enter the numbers you know from the field, and leave unknown values blank—nothing is made up.

How to use
- 1Choose the document type (work instructions + checklist / just one) and enter your product and process.
- 2Any steps, conditions, equipment, tools, or safety notes you know from the field will be included as is. Select the checklist frequency.
- 3Click [Generate] and the table will appear on the right. If you need changes, request a revision and only that part will be regenerated.
- 4Print as [PDF], edit in [Word], or download a checklist file for records in [Excel]. All created documents stay in the list on the left.
Features in detail
Your figures stay, missing ones stay blank
Steps, torque values, and rpm you already know are used verbatim; unknown figures are left as blanks to fill on site instead of being invented — the most important rule for quality documents.
Instruction sheet + inspection items + checklist
A table of steps, tasks, acceptance criteria, and cautions; product and in-process inspection items; and daily/weekly/monthly/per-lot checklists with ○△× result and sign-off columns — all at once, or just the parts you need.
Revision requests, saved list, three formats
Ask for changes like "make step 3 tolerance ±0.02" and only that part is revised; documents stay in a list to reopen. Export as PDF for printing, Word for editing, and Excel for checklist records.
FAQ
Q.Some values are left blank.
This is intentional. If a value isn't confirmed, it's left blank so you can fill in your field standards. If you enter 'steps and conditions you know from the field' from the start, they'll be included as is.
Q.Can I use my company’s template?
We recommend exporting to Word and pasting into your company’s template. Document headers like document number and author will be supported in the next version.
Q.Where are my saved documents?
They are saved only on this computer. If you want to access them on another device, please export them as files.
