In addition to your DoDone subscription fee, AI call costs are billed directly to your API key by each company (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). There are no middleman fees; you only pay for what you use. This page explains where to check your costs, how to set limits, and tips for reducing expenses.
Token Usage — Where and How Much
In Menu (≡) > Token Usage, you can view usage and costs by model, by employee, and by period. Each mission shows an estimated cost, and after completion, the actual cost is tallied.
Execution Policy — Setting Limits
In Settings > Execution, you can set a monthly cost limit. If you exceed the limit, new missions will be rejected, but ongoing missions will be allowed to finish. If you run multiple schedules, be sure to set a limit.
