Getting Started
Q. What should I do first?
A. Install → AI Models → Knowledge Base → Master Learning → Hire 2–3 Employees → First Task. If you skip the Knowledge Base, your results will be generic.
Q. Which AI company key should I create first?
A. If you choose only one, pick OpenAI (covers text, image, and voice). If images or translation are important, add Google as well.
Q. The results have nothing to do with our company.
A. Your Knowledge Base is likely empty or outdated. Go to Settings > Knowledge Base and fill it in.
Troubleshooting
Q. I see a "Database connection lost" banner.
A. Check your network and Supabase status, then reconnect in Settings > Connectors.
Q. Model calls are failing.
A. In Settings > Models, [Validate] your key and check if a model is set for each use case. You can refresh the model list with the 🔄 icon next to the list.
Q. Images aren't being generated.
A. You need to register at least one image model. If OpenAI is empty, the Gemini image model will be used instead.
Q. Documents/videos/music aren't being exported as files.
A. In Settings > Plugins, check if the relevant plugin is enabled. Specifying with $plugin makes it more reliable.
Q. Employee responses are getting stranger over time.
A. In Employee Details > Memory, delete old or incorrect entries and use the Sleep Capsule to reset.
Q. I closed the app during a long task.
A. Unfinished tasks will automatically resume when you restart (except those stopped after 3 failed retries).
Q. I'm worried about costs.
A. In Settings > Execution, set a monthly cap and monitor trends in Token Usage.
Q. I added a skill and now there's an error.
A. Check the skill file's header format (name and description). You can use "View Original" to inspect the content.
