Fatigue & the Sleep Capsule

• Employees tire based on workload without rest and accumulated memory — 😮‍💨 tired, 💤 overworked (desaturated + Zzz).
• Press [Head to the sleep capsule?] on a fatigue notice, or [💤 Rest] in the messenger, and the employee walks into the 3rd-floor sleep capsule to reorganize their skills and memory by reviewing their work history.
• The master ("me") can recharge in the capsule the same way.

🎉 Praise

Hover over an employee's result message in chat and a 🎉 Praise button appears next to 👍/👎.

• Praise is saved to the employee's memory and genuinely reflected in how they work afterwards.
• The employee replies with a delighted thank-you in their own voice.

☕ Coffee Time

[☕ Coffee time] at the top of an employee channel — light small talk, not work. The employee shares how recent work felt, skills they've picked up, and how they're doing. Watch them grow through stories.

🐱 The Office Cat

A cat strolls lazily around the office floors.

• It avoids walls, furniture, and desks on its own, and sometimes naps on the spot (💤·🐾·❤️).
• Click it and it greets you — "Meow! ❤️"
• It does nothing. You'll love it anyway.
