Goal — Mobilize the Whole Team with a Single Goal

Enter a single goal, and the whole team runs it to completion on its own — kickoff meeting → execution plan → automatic execution → retrospective. Enter via the [🎯 Goal] item in the top-right menu; the list of registered goals lives on the Goal screen.

How It Flows

  1. Enter a goal: set the goal you want to achieve and the kickoff attendees (2 or more, everyone by default). The expected cost (number of AI calls) is shown before you start.
  2. Kickoff meeting: the attending employees settle the approach through rounds of debate.
  3. Execution plan generated automatically: a step-by-step execution plan is created from the meeting's conclusion.
  4. Edit in the preview → [Run]: review and edit each step's assignee and instructions, then press [Run].
  5. Runs to completion: the steps execute automatically as a sequential/parallel pipeline, with progress shown in real time.
  6. Retrospective meeting: when execution finishes, a retrospective meeting opens automatically to evaluate the results, and its conclusions are saved to the attendees' memory so the team grows.
  7. Final summary: check the result summary and artifacts on the goal's screen.
  8. Follow-up Goal: at the bottom of the completion screen you can immediately start a follow-up goal that inherits this result. Example: after a goal that produced a 30-page book draft → "Based on this draft, complete the full manuscript and deliver it as a Word file". The previous goal's result summary and artifact list are passed to the follow-up kickoff and execution automatically.

Example and Notes

Example: Prepare the launch of our new wireless earbuds — intro page, card news, and press release → the kickoff settles the approach, a plan flowing researcher → copywriter → designer is generated and executed, and a retrospective wraps it up.

  • The execution result is what matters: if execution succeeds, the goal is marked complete even if the retrospective meeting fails.
  • Cancelling a goal in progress also cancels its running missions.
